  • 460 gms eggless sponge cake


  • 1 1/2 kgs rasmalai


  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachio


  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds


  • 1/2 kgs whipped cream


  • 8-10 nos rose petals

Directions

  • Make three slices of cake moist it with rasmalai milk.
  • Mix whipped cream + chopped rasmalai.
  • Spread whipped in every slice. Cover cake with whipped cream.
  • Make design of your choice.Cover with rasmalai and chopped tomatoes nuts.
  • Garnish from rose petals.. keep in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
  • My tip.. while make cake batter use kesar milk and elachi powder. Avoid essence.
